Hey guys I'm going to give you some best health tips that will be necessary for a good health.
Fruits contain different vitamins which are needed by your body. Both deficiency and efficiency of these vitamins  can cause damage to your body.

Vitamin D is essential for strong bones, because it helps the body use calcium from the diet. Traditionally, vitamin D deficiency has been associated with rickets, a disease in which the bone tissue doesn't properly mineralize, leading to soft bones and skeletal deformities.
Vitamin E  deficiency causes nerve problems due to poor conduction of electrical impulse along nerves due to changes in nerve membrane and functions. 

There many other diseases due to deficiency of other vitamins too. Vitamins like B12, C, A etc.
  
So we have to take control on these diseases by taking right amount of vitamins in our diet.Fruits are the best way to get Vitamins so eat fruits.
